Salary:                        £25,582 - £27,936

Hours:                        37 hours per week

 This is an exciting opportunity to join a motivated and driven team as we develop and deliver capital projects to refurbish Paisley Museum & Art Galleries, Central Library, Paisley Town Hall and Paisley Art Centre. The primary role of the Evaluation Officer is to develop and deliver a programme of audience research, project and programme evaluation across Cultural services and we require candidates who can demonstrate the energy and initiative required to grow and improve our services.

Candidates should have a proven track record of designing, delivering and analysing research in a customer service environment using a range of evaluation techniques, with experience in reflecting on working practices and implementing appropriate changes.

Candidates must have a strong customer focus, be resilient, highly motivated and able to engage effectively with others building productive working relationships.
